DESCRIPTION:  \n  \nBack for our third year! Join us for the 2024 Fall Festival at the Common Grounds Community Garden. \nJoin us on Sunday\, November 3rd from 1:30- 4:00 PM for a day of fun\, live music\, crafts\, activities\, vendors and resources designed to delight visitors of all ages. Attendees can explore self-guided tours of the thriving community garden\, meet animals at the petting zoo\, ride a pony\, participate in fall-themed crafts and games\, and visit our vendor booths. This year we have even more vendors sharing all the best that Ocean County has to offer including the Lakewood Police Department\, the Sheriff’s Office\, Brick Township Municipal Utilities Authority\, New Jersey Forest Service\, Fulfill\, Georgian Court University\, The Ocean County Library\, and Lakewood Resource and Referral Center. \nThis year we are proud to have the support of several local sponsors including the Jewish Federation of Ocean County\, Ocean County Cultural and Heritage Commission\, Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus\, SR Play\, Ocean County Soil Conservation District\,  and Lishmor. Funding for this event is also made possible by New Jersey Council of The Arts and Discover Jersey Arts. \nA highlight of the festival will be the return of the Revolutionary War Trailer\, courtesy of the Ocean County Cultural and Heritage Commission\, featuring interactive historical exhibits\, including a replica of the Liberty Bell and educational games for children and adults alike. \nWhile the festival is free\, donations are welcomed to support the ongoing efforts of One Ocean County in promoting community unity and cultural exchange through its various projects.
